  The three stars is for the wonderful opticians who helped with fitting. The minus two stars is for the rude optometrist whose name I do not remember atm. I get it. It’s corporate and you’re rushed to meet metrics but that does not excuse you for insolence. My dad practically got yelled at just because he said he couldn’t tell if 1 or 2 was better. Of course the prescription ended up being way off and he had to go back for a refitting.
  
  Pros: fast efficient workflow plus personable opticians and great selection of lenses
  
  Cons: prepare to feel like garbage depending on what OD you get.

  don't use them if you can find another eyeglass or contact lens provider. When I asked them if I could change the brand of contact lens they wrote on my prescription (which was one of the most expensive brands available), I was told that I had to pay for another exam, even though my last exam was less than nine months ago. I've had issues with blurry vision, discomfort, and very red irritated eyes over several months but hadn't had the time to see about making a change. I had complained about dry eyes and blurry vision but was told to just use over the counter eye drops. The said I had to pay $128 for another exam and I said I will probably go somewhere else and won't be back. The person at the desk said, "Go ahead and do that."
