  I don't want to bad talk all of the people that work for Kay's because that's not the issue. This company needs to do a better job of weeding out the employees that are not willing to give their customers the best service they can provide. Today I went into this location to place an order and I was asking the gentlemen a few questions before I went ahead and purchased. He was so rude, spoke with an attitude, and truthfully didn't seem interested in making this sale. Speaking from a person who works in sales it's never good to bite the hand that feeds you. I was just in shock of the lack of customer service that was provided. Your customer should ALWAYS be your number one priority. I will not be returning to the New Port Richey location to make any of my purchases. This stores loss.

  The employees at this location are extremely rude , the jeweler at this location lacks the education requirements to be a jeweler and is also very rude . Kay Jewelers in general is not a bad company . I personally drive to Countryside Mall or Wiregrass whenever I need to get my LEO Diamonds inspected or to make any purchases . I don't mind driving an extra 30 to 45 miles to avoid the rude , ignorant staff at the Port Richey Mall location . Plus the Jeweler on site at the Port Richey location told me he doesn't know how to remove a link from a citizen watch , nor could he figure out how to set it . If you can't drive the extra 30 to 45 minutes to a much better location , I suggest you take your jewelry to Sears in the back of the store to that jeweler because she's far more advanced and knowledged than the guy at Kay Jewelers in Port Richey Mall .
