  They were friendly and handled our In-App order perfectly. Food was hot when we arrived and we were greeted with a smile.

  I normally have a good experience here but I called today and got Andrea on the phone. She wasn't pleasant at all and would not honor a coupon I got off of THEIR company website. She was very blunt and did not care when I told her that if she wouldn't honor THEIR coupon(which was clearly not an online only coupon) that I would have to order somewhere else just out of principal. She told me to call customer service haha. Again, I'm giving three stars instead of one because normally they are good. I probably won't order from here again unless Andrea works somewhere else because her customer service is terrible. Hopefully you don't get Andrea when you call. I guess the Hungry Howies down the street wants my business more, obviously Andrea doesn't need it.
