  This place is a rip-off. They stole $600 from my income tax for their "preparation." Being a single mom and first time doing taxes on my own without help I didn't know any better. They were all nice during the whole thing and I did receive a large amount back that I didn't expect to receive but still they duped me out of money I could have used for my daughter. They turned nasty about it when family and friends made me realize what had happened and confronted them about it. They said it was "corporate policy." I advise any person going here to turn around and go somewhere else because you will be ripped off. Next year I will be taking my taxes somewhere else. Absolutely a horrible company.
