  Woman who processed my order was very rude, I brought my vehicle in to get four tires put on just before 14:00 and was told it would take an hour and a half. I came back and my car hadn't even been brought in. When all was said and done it took nearly three hours and I never got a phone call telling me it would be late and I didn't get an apology afterwards.
